Today at 3 o’clock in the afternoon in France, “XX” received the Cine Court Prize for Best Short Film, at the Biarritz Film Festival. Directed by Cristián Jiménez, “XX” was described by the prize-presenting body as an urban comedy about paternity. The short film, with lead actors Nicolás Saavedra and Ingrid Isensee, has thus guaranteed its distribution in France.

In 2005, “The Treasure of the Snails” won the same prize in Biarritz.
